How we organise your project
A practical route from the first conversation to an agreed scope and coordinated delivery.
1 Understand the property and objectives
Tell us the type of work, town or postcode, current design stage, preferred timescale and budget position. Photographs and available drawings help us understand the existing property and access.
2 Define the basis for pricing
We review the available information and identify missing specifications, scope assumptions and exclusions. An initial estimate is a budget assessment; the quotation is developed around an agreed specification and design information.
3 Plan the work
Trades, procurement, access, property protection, waste and sequencing are considered before work starts. The appropriate project documents set out the scope, payment arrangements and how changes will be agreed.
4 Coordinate delivery
We manage the subcontractors and suppliers involved in the agreed works. Client communication keeps progress, decisions and emerging issues visible. Changes to scope or specification are reviewed for cost and programme effects.
5 Review and hand over
Completion is reviewed, outstanding items are identified and the applicable handover information is assembled. The final arrangements depend on the agreed project scope.
